Peel the carrots and dice

Wash your rice thoroughly and soak in hot water for 15 minutes

Preheat oven at 180 degrees

Mix paprika, black pepper, salt, onions, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and some lemon juice.

Gently place your chicken breasts on the spice mixture and ensure it's fully coated on both sides.

Once covered, place on an aluminium foil and place in oven for grilling.

In a sufuria, fry your onion until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook to a thick paste

Add 1tspn of paprika and 1/2 tspn of black pepper

Add in carrots and fry for a while then add in your rice and water to boil

5 minutes before turning off the rice, add in your chopped pepper and coriander and mix gently using a fork.

Once ready, serve while hot.
