Easy Custard Cream

It's so easy!
I wanted to make cream puffs filled with various flavors, so I came up with this!
If you strain the mixture, it will make it smoother.
The custard cream doesn't keep well, so just make what you need.
Also, I don't recommend you store this in the refrigerator. The moisture will come out in the refrigerator and change the texture. Recipe by Chisora

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the eggs and sugar in a heatproof bowl and mix well with a whisk. Add the pancake mix and quickly mix together.
- 2
Add the milk and mix gently. Next, strain the mixture. If using cake flour, the process is the same.
- 3
Wrap the heatproof bowl lightly with plastic wrap and microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes.
- 4
Remove from the microwave and mix with a whisk. Return to the microwave for another 2 minutes at 500 W.
- 5
Remove from the microwave, and mix well with the whisk. The mixture should have hardened and become creamy.
- 6
Add the butter and let it melt in the custard. Mix gently with the whisk. Last, add the vanilla essence and mix gently.
- 7
It's done! Immediately transfer into a container and let cool. Wrap with plastic wrap so that the surface doesn't dry out, pressing lightly on the plastic to ensure it's tightly wrapped.
- 8
Take half of the finished custard cream to make everyone's favorite chocolate flavored custard!
- 9
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or put it into a heatproof bowl, wrap lightly with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for about 1.5 minutes to melt.
- 10
Mix the melted chocolate with the custard cream to finish!
- 11
Use the other half of the custard cream to make a slightly bitter, popular with adults coffee flavor!
- 12
Melt the instant coffee in a double boiler.
- 13
Mix the melted instant coffee with the custard cream to finish.
- 14
This is so easy to make, you can make many different kinds!
