Easy Tofu and Ground Meat Fried Meatballs

I love recipes that use ground meat so I'm always thinking of different recipes.
-It's much easier if you add a little oil to the spoon when dropping the meatballs into the oil.
-It's fine to eat as is because there is already a lot of flavor. However, you can also add ketchup or mustard according to your preference. Recipe by Komomomomo

Healthy and Tender Chicken Meatballs Using Tofu and Ground Chicken Breast Healthy and Tender Chicken Meatballs Using Tofu and Ground Chicken Breast
Ground chicken breast is a healthy option, but tends to be dry and crumbly. By adding tofu and reducing the amount of binding agent, you can make tender and fluffy meatballs. The cooking liquid is tasty, so do not waste it.The only binding agent I use is an egg, so the meatballs just hold their shape. If you want to make the meatballs slightly denser, add 1 tablespoon of katakuriko. Adjust the amount to your taste. The mixture is very soft, so do not boil vigorously in the water, lest they fall apart. Instead, keep the cooking liquid simmering gently. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

While making the minced cutletI thought I could use the mixture in a sweet and sour dish and that's how I came up with this.If the mixture becomes soft it'll be difficult to create meatballs (even though the ones in the picture aren't really meatballs either...).Rather than by hand, use a spoon to get a more firmly rounded meatball shape.
