In a Clay Handi add trotters, Garlic cloves, ginger paste, salt and Haldi then add water in it till it's fluffy.

When the trotters fluffy add oil, beef bong, red chilli powder, Coriander powder and black pepper then bhoonify.

Bhoonify till oil comes out at high Flame. Then add Water as required and cook on medium low flame.

When the oil appears on top and the gravy is thicken.
Sprinkle Garam masala on top and it's ready to serve with garma garam Naans.
