5 to 6 servings
  • 2 cupsurad dal
  • 5-6green chillies
  • 2 inchginger
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsprice powder

    Soak urad dal in water for 3hrs. Drain soaked urad dal. Grind it with green chillies, ginger and salt with little water. Take oil in kadai drop vada batter in hot oil making a hole in middle.

    Did it in batches. I made 21 vadas for mala.
