In a bowl, combine the cabbage, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, cilantro and green chili paste, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Form the mixture into small balls.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.

In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté the chopped onions until soft.

Add the chopped garlic and cook on medium heat, then add all the sauces and cook together.

Lower the heat. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry, then slowly add it to the pan while stirring.

Once the sauce thickens slightly, add the fried balls and mix well. Turn off the heat.

Serve hot. If you like extra tomato ketchup, drizzle some on top before eating.
