I wanted to join this activity, but I mistakenly thought of chicken satay. I tried to think of a way to make it more unique, so I decided to use Greek yogurt for marinating instead.

Slice the chicken breast thinly and marinate with the Lobo seasoning mix.

Add Greek yogurt to the chicken.

Add coconut milk and palm sugar, then marinate everything together for 2-3 hours.

Grill the marinated chicken.

Alternatively, you can air fry at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes, but the texture will be a bit firmer and less tender than grilling.
