Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida flour
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1 tspmelted ghee
  4. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixing bowl add maida,salt,oil,ghee and black pepper powder. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add little little water to knead into semi soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for frying. Knead maida dough and divide into equal size flattened balls.

  4. 4

    Roll each flattened balls into 2"- 3" round puris. With fork make prick all over. Similarly prepare all.

  5. 5

    Deep fry one or two prepared puris at a time in hot oil on slow flame till crispy golden. Store in airtight container.

  6. 6

    Serve/Relish delicious cripsy Pepper Papdi with hot tea or coffee.
