Mix in a big bowl - flour, milk, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onion, chilies, capsicum, salt, sugar, black pepper & water. Beaten it very well. Add baking soda & mix it very well.

Heat white oil in a frying pan. Pour
2 ladles of the mixture in the frying pan. lower the flame. cook it for 2 minutes then flip it. Again cook this side for 2 minutes. Repeat the same process for the rest. Pancake is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
