  • 250 grricotta
  • 100 grgrated parmesan
  • 150 grmozzarella cheese
  • 100 grcoocked ham
  • 2eggs
  • 1 spoonparsley
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter
  • Béchamel
  • Grated parmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix the ricotta, grated cheese and diced mozzarella

    Add the ham and chopped parsley, then the eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper

    Fill the cannelloni with the cheese and ham filling

    Arrange them in a greased baking dish, pour over the béchamel, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a hot oven (180 °), until a crispy crust forms.
