Using a peeler, peel cucumber in stripes. Do not peel all of the skin. Leave a stripe and peel. Repeat.
Cut in cubes and add salt and mix. Set aside for 10 minutes. - 2

In a pan heat oil and add it to chilli flakes, sesame seeds, soya sauce, vinegar, honey and finely chopped garlic. Mix all together.

Remove excess water from cucumber and add chopped spring onions.
Pour the sauce over and mix well.
Serve cucumber salad 🥗 - 5
