Ingredients

20-25 minutes
3-4 people
  1. 2 cups sweet corn
  2. 2capsicum (cut in small cubes)
  3. 1onion (cut in small cubes)
  4. 1tomato (cut in small cubes)
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 4 tablespoonscorn starch
  7. 2 tspAmchur powder
  8. 1 tspsoy sauce
  9. 1 tspbarbecue sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  13. 1/2 tspsugar
  14. 1 tablespoonoil + for frying

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes

    Boil sweet corn with salt and sugar.

    Drain out the water and keep them aside. Let it cool properly. Take boiled corn and coat it with cornstarch powder. Each corn should be coated well. Deep fry the corns on medium to high flame and keep them aside.

    Let it cool properly. Take one heavy bottom pan. Add oil and onion and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add capsicum and fry for another couple of minutes. After that add corn and sauté it for one minute. Add tomato, salt, pepper, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce and mix it well on high flame for 2 minutes.

    Turn off the flame and sprinkle lemon juice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves!
    Perfect snack for monsoon is ready!
