Ingredients

  • as required Day old rice
  • 1 tspschezwan peppers
  • 1Chinese red chilli
  • 1star anise
  • as required Fried chili oil/ black bean sauce
  • as required Veggies

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add sesame oil, Chinese chillies, shezwan peppers and a star anise.

  2. 2

    Add chilli garlic sauce and or black bean sauce.

  3. 3

    Add veggies or cabbage salad mix.

  4. 4

    Add rice. Add vinegar/ shenxiang cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame seeds.
