Just Eyeball the Ingredients! Really Easy Chewy Donuts

I just used ingredients I had, mixed everything roughly together, and made these donuts.

You can use a frying pan.
If you use 2 spoons to scoop and shape the batter before dropping them into the oil, they will fall in rather easily and neatly.
Also, if you dip the spoons in water before scooping the batter, it won't stick to them as much. Recipe by Zubora shokudou

Ingredients

  • 1as much as you need Plain flour
  • 1/5of the amount of flour Sugar
  • 2/3of the amount of flour Water
  • 1to fill the pan 1 cm high Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together the flour, sugar, and water to get rid of any lumps.

  2. 2

    Once everything is mixed and there are no lumps remaining, scoop out spoonfuls and drop into the heated oil.

  3. 3

    Frequently rotate them and fry until golden brown. They're done.
