Steps

First wash the spinach leaves thoroughly under water. Then finely chop them.

In a small kadai heat 1 tablespoon oil and add half cumin seeds and then spinach. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

In a bowl whisk the curd to make it soft. If its thick you can add some water. Now add the spinach after cooled. Add some salt cumin powder. Mix it well

Take a small kadai and heat remaining oil. Add remaining cumin seeds and red chilli powder and whole red chilli. Add the tadka to the raita. Serve it cold....
