Steps

Cut your chicken into pieces and wash with lemon and vinegar.

Marinate your chicken with spices of your choice and fry

Chop your veggies and set them aside

Heat up your oil add in the onions and garlic paste let them sweat then add in your tomatoes and half a teaspoon of tomato paste add A cup of beef broth and let it simmer down till it's a thick mixture

Add in your fries chicken and ensure you coat them well in the mixture...cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes on very low heat

Finally garnish with dhania and serve with whichever accompaniment...enjoy the meal you made it !
