Fried rice with grilled liver and cabbage salad

Wash the rice thoroughly and put in a sieve, set aside for the water to drain.

Wash the vegetables and chop into small pieces, slice the onions.

In a pot add the oil and the onions, allow it to fry till translucent.

Add the sieved rice into the pot keeping the flame low and keep stirring till brown and light.

Add the vegetables, spices, seasonings and grinded pepper, stir for 5 minutes.

Add the boiled water stir and close to cook under medium heat for 30 mins.

Reduce to low heat, cover with a nylon and steam for 15 mins.

Wash the liver thoroughly and slice, put the spices, garlic, pepper, seasonings and oil put in a fridge and marinate for 1 hour.

After marinating preheat the oven in a medium heat and fold the liver in a foil paper, grilled for 40 minutes adding the onions 15 minutes before it's done.

Slice the cabbage and wash with lemon to regulise it's odour, peel the carrots and grate, slice the cucumber and mix in a bowl with some drops of olive oil, seasoning and lemon, This delicious recipe is ready to be served.
