Chinese-style Cucumber and Imitation Crab in Vinegar Sauce

I think that vinegar dishes taste great in the summer. I substituted the sesame oil from the cucumber vinegar dish that I normally make with mustard, and made a Chinese-style version.
Make sure to check the flavor before serving it. Add salt if it is weak, or add a little water if it is too strong. It also tastes great if you substitute mustard for julienned or grated ginger. Recipe by Iku..

Steps
- 1
Thinly slice the cucumber, rub with a little salt, and let rest. After they have shriveled a bit, thoroughly rinse in water, and drain thoroughly.
- 2
If the crab sticks are long, cut in half and shred them up.
- 3
Mix the ingredients marked with ★ in a bowl, and add the cucumber and imitation crab. Chill in the fridge.
- 4
Once the flavor has seeped in, mix from the bottom to the top, check to taste, and serve on plates.
