Satoimo (Taro Root) and Pork Stir-Fry with Oyster, Mayonnaise and Sesame Sauce Satoimo (Taro Root) and Pork Stir-Fry with Oyster, Mayonnaise and Sesame Sauce
I wanted to serve the satoimo I like so much to my family using flavorings that were slightly different than usual.- You may get away with not using any oil in the frying pan, because of the fat in the pork. (especially if you use a non-stick pan)- The viscous substance covering the satoimo is supposed to help lower your blood pressure and cholesterol, and even for helps to prevent senility by stimulating the brain, so don't wash too much of it off.- You can make the recipe more healthy by wiping off excess fat before adding the flavorings. I really liked the mayo miso sauce from another user's recipe so I baked this for my children. The mayo and miso sauce melt dissolve easily so make sure to chill the veggies properly so it doesn't melt. Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise
I came up with this recipe when I was trying to make a substantial and filling dish using cheap thinly cut pork. When you wrap the meat around the filling, it's ok if the filling peeks out a bit.The cheese will melt out a little, but it will get nice and crispy, which is delicious in and of itself. The oyster sauce-mayonnaise combination burns easily, so make sure to lower the heat before you coat the meat rolls in it. For 8 pieces. Recipe by emakatu cookpad.japan -

All Purpose Miso-Mayonnaise Sauce All Purpose Miso-Mayonnaise Sauce
This started out as a miso sauce without the mayonnaise. When I added the mayonnaise, it became much milder and went better with more types of food, which is why I uploaded the recipe. It goes so well with rice! The perilla or shiso leaf will keep its bright green color if you sauté it first in a little oil. Use whichever miso you prefer. If it is too salty, add a little sugar. You can also use mirin instead of sake. Recipe by Kanon mama ('-'*) cookpad.japan
