Spinach and Shirasu Tossed with Mayonnaise Ginger Sauce Spinach and Shirasu Tossed with Mayonnaise Ginger Sauce
I often make ohitashi - a cold side dish of cooked vegetables, seaweed, seafood etc. I wanted to try a different version from my usual repertoire.Blanch the spinach for about 1 minute. Shock in chilled water immediately, then squeeze out the excess water so that the spinach retains some of its texture. This dish is best when chilled before serving. Komatsuna and King Oyster Mushrooms Sautéed in Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise Komatsuna and King Oyster Mushrooms Sautéed in Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise
One night, when I was serving spring rolls and wanted one more Chinese-style dish, the komatsuna and king oyster mushrooms caught my eye. All I needed after that was some oyster sauce to give it a Chinese flair.I love the combination of oyster sauce and mayonnaise, so I tried it out with these vegetables.Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and oyster sauce depending on the size and amount of mushrooms and komatsuna. The vegetables tend to burn easily after adding the oyster sauce, so I recommend turning off the heat before adding it. For 2 servings. Recipe by Nyankochansan cookpad.japan -

Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise
I came up with this recipe when I was trying to make a substantial and filling dish using cheap thinly cut pork. When you wrap the meat around the filling, it's ok if the filling peeks out a bit.The cheese will melt out a little, but it will get nice and crispy, which is delicious in and of itself. The oyster sauce-mayonnaise combination burns easily, so make sure to lower the heat before you coat the meat rolls in it. For 8 pieces. Recipe by emakatu cookpad.japan -
