A Dip For Raw Crudités! Miso Sesame Mayonnaise Sauce

My mother makes this for me often. My kids love to eat entire cucumbers with this as a dip.
Add more sesame seeds or mayonnaise to taste, but if you increase the miso it may become too salty so be careful. For 45 g. Recipe by zakkiiM

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Just mix all the ingredients together.
- 2
Smear leftover sauce on onigiri rice balls and grill them. Drizzle on a little soy sauce and enjoy. We always make double the amount and plan for leftovers. I burned it a bit this time.
- 3
Try using black sesame seeds. Great with cucumbers!
