
Fake Broccoli and chicken (Chinese) (no broccoli)

Beat chicken breasts with a spiked hammer meat thing

When flat with tendons broken, place in a large container with a mixture of soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Cover the rest with some water. Marinade 2 to 5 hours. Cover with foil. Put in refrigerator.

Add 1 to 2 Tablespoons baking soda and stir. Remove marinade chicken and cut into strips. Cut strips in half.

Start pot of boiling water and pan/wok on simmer.

Blanch each slice of chicken for 2 to 3 minutes

Remove chicken when blanched and put in wok/skillet with fresh teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and 3 table spoons of garlic minced.

Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. If sauce doesn't thicken add 2 table spoons of corn starch.

Ready to eat!
