Steps

Wash the broken wheat and moongdhal and soak it for 10-20 mints
2. Jeera, pepper, one spoon of ghee, moongdhal, broken wheat boil in pressure cooker for 2-3 whistle
3. Once the pressure goes of, open and add salt mix well and transfer to another bowl
4. In another fry pan add one spoon of ghee, add jeera, pepper, ginger, green chilles. Cashews, curry leaves sauté it well and add to the pongal (very very tasty easy pongal ready try and enjoy it😍😍) - 2
