Put room temperature butter sugar in a bowl cream together well Incorporated

Sieve in your flour then add a pinch of salt if the butter is not salted

Mix everything together it will be slightly tough just try to get everything together

Now mold into mold

Wrap in a plastic wrap and try to form into a rectangle as much as you can it should be about 1/2 inch

Now place the dough in a fridge and let it cool for about 30 mins you need to do this until you can shape your cookies

Trim the edges of your cooking put in the fridge for 10 mins before baking

Now bake for 10 min until light brown in colour
