Method of Rasgulla
Put milk in the pan on a high flame to boil. - 2
After boiling, turn off the gas.
Now rotate a large spoon well in the milk 6-7 times. - 3
Add lemon juice in milk.
Now the milk is completely curdly and chenna is ready. - 4
Now filter the chenna with a clean cloth.Now add cold water to it

Hang this cloth so that it will drain all the water in 5 minutes.

Now add the chenna in a large plate and
use the palm to mash the chenna. It process take 7 to 8 minutes. - 7
Now dough divided into a equal pieces.
Now make round shapes balls.
Press it with the help of your palm. - 8
Now put water and sugar in a vessel and boil it, then add balls and cover it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes remove the lid and you will see that the size of the balls will be doubled.Add 10 to 12 icecubes in vessel to prevent from shrinking in size. Switch off the Gas.Rest for at least 20 minutes.

Method of Ras
Add milk in a heavy bottom vessel and boil the milk then add the sugar, saffron pistachio, Almonds and cook until it is half on a low flame. - 11
When the temperature gets normal, Ras is done, add rose water to it and squeeze the juice of rasgulla and put it in Ras.

Decorate with pistachios and rose petals.After 30 minutes put it in a refrigerator. Serve Rasmalai chilled.
