Cut the bread into two pieces, slice each in half, and toast on a grill pan. When ready, drizzle with a little olive oil.

Wash the peppers, drain, and cook in an air fryer with a couple of sprays of oil for 20 minutes at 356°F (180°C). Sprinkle with a pinch of salt after cooking.
