Steps

Sieve the flour, add salt, oil and gradually add water to make a dough. Allow it to rest for some minutes, then transfer to a clean surface and knead again.

Divide the dough into 4 halves. Roll each halves to a round shape, apply oil with a brush and sprinkle some flour on them. Then, join two together.

Roll the joined dough very flat and toast /cook both sides for 30 seconds on low flame. Remove from flame and divide each into 4 sheets and separate them, making a total of 16 sheets.

Store in an airtight container or refrigerate for later use.
