First Up: Soak the saffron strands as mentioned for the best results to infuse its colour & aroma both- Set Aside

Heat up a pot/saucepan on the medium- high flame initially, with the given measured amounts of water & sugar & let it come to a rolling boil- Then reduce the flame to the medium-low-Add in the Saffron soaked water to it & combine well to get nicely blended

In goes the Almond Meal/Flour- Mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended to get all incorporated- It’d start to form a dough like texture at this point, while mixing continuously

As & when it starts releasing its oil organically & leaves the pan/pot- Turn off the flame & immediately transfer it to the baking dish- lined up with the butter paper or the cling wrap (any), wrap & fold it with it- Let it cool down completely

Unwrap it- Cut up into your desired shapes & sizes: Garnish it with the blanched & slivered Almonds & Pistachios- Plate it out on the serving plate/platter to enjoy this easy, quick Persian Dessert Delicacy
