Black sambo is a dessert made of double-layered gelatin of chocolate and milk flavor.It is a dessert popular i the Philippines.Very easy to make and requires only a few ingredients.

For Cream mixture,pour two cups of water on a pot and let it boil.

Add the Gelatin,continue to stir in a medium heat.

Once the white gelatin powder has dissolved,add the condensed milk.

Let it simmer for a minute and then add the heavy cream,continue to stir on a medium heat.

After it boils down,prepare the tall glass (250 ml,tall glass) pour half a cup of mixture.

Put it on the fridge to cool down for about 5-10 mins.

For Choco Layer,first we have to let the water boil.

Add the black gelatin and stir until it completely dissolves.
Take note that heat should be adjusted to medium.

Add the sugar.

Add the cocoa powder

Mix them altogether and stir until the mixture is boiling.

Once cooked,transfer the choco layer on the glass which has the cream layer on it,pour half a cup.
