Two Type Chinese Bread (Flat Bread & Stuffed Bread Bite)

For Flat Bread ::
Take a bowl put flour and mix dry yeast. Add cold water gradually. Mix until water is fully incorporated with the flour. - 2
Dust hands with flour knead the dough until turned into dough.

Transfer the dough on to the platform top. Knead the dough for few minutes. When dough makes smooth. Cover with plate and keep aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes again knead the dough for a few minutes.

Make dough in cylinder shape cut into 4 equal portions. Make balls & cover with lid. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Now make round shape bread with roller or hands.

Heat non-stick pan until hot place flat bread on low flame for 30 seconds. Cook ond side than flip and cover with lid. Now assure flat bread rises than cook both sides until turns into golden brown. Turn off the heat. Transfer into plate. Now FLAT BREAD is ready to serve.

For Chinese Stuffed Bread Bite ::
For Dough
Take a bowl put flour and mix salt. Mix well. Add water gradually knead and make smooth dough. Grease few drops of oil in dough and cover with plate. Keep aside for 10 minutes. - 8
For Stuffing :: On medium flame heat oil add asafoetodia saute 10 seconds. Now add green chilli and ginger saute for 30 seconds.

Now add all Veggies. Mix well.
Now combine all ingredients except lemon juice cover with lid. and cook for 3 minutes on low flame. - 10
Open the lid saute nicely add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Roast for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat. Transfer into plate and keep aside.

For Stuffed Bread :: Again knead the dough and divide into equal portions.

For one Stuffed bread make 2 equal sized ball. Roll with roller in round shape. Keep aside.

Heat pan on medium flame and apply oil on all sides of pan.

Take one round shape bread, spread tomato sauce all the sides on the top of the bread then spread stuffing veggies all over. Now spread evenly grated cheese.

Apply little water all the sides of 2nd bread. Place it on the stuffing bread. Now close the edges carefully.

Heat non-stick pan on medium flame. Now place the stuffing bread on hot pan. Pour butter all the sides and top of the bread. When cook one side flip it. Cook both sides until turns into golden brown. Turn off the heat. Transfer into plate. CHINESE STUFFED BREAD BITE is ready to serve. Enjoy with Chilli Paneer, Cabbage Roll, Manchurian balls, beans with baby corn, salad etc.
