Ingredients

  • 2 cupChopped Organic Potato
  • 1 cupChopped Organic Carrots
  • 1 cupChopped Organic Onion
  • 1 cupPeeled Chopped Organic Tomato
  • 3 cupCooked Rice
  • 3 clovesMinced Garlic
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1 tbspCurry Powder
  • 1 tbspTurmeric Powder
  • Salt and Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Olive Oil in a Large Non-stick Skillet over Medium Heat

  2. 2

    Add Garlic, Onion and sauté for 2 minutes,

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and cook until they turn golden and crusty. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add curry powder, turmeric powder and stir them well

  5. 5

    Add tomato to the skillet and keep cooking for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Add Carrots and simmer until most tomato sauce has evaporated

  7. 7

    Add rice and mix them well

  8. 8

    Add salt and pepper

  9. 9

    Ready to serve
