Soft and Chewy Okara Pon De Queijo

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

Okara is really similar in taste and texture to mashed potatoes. I have also tried making potato mochi with okara, frying in oil, eating with dressing. But I wanted to cut calories even more! So I baked these in the oven, and they turned out chewy and delicious! I added cheese to these and turned them into Pão de Queijo.

These are most delicious if you knead the dough right up until it comes together.
Served piping hot these taste even more like Pão de Queijo!
You can add in more cheese if you like. If you are eating these right away, then it's fine to make them without oil!
Please toast it in an oven toaster if they cool. Recipe by Sayumei
