Mix in flour, sugar, baking powder and icing sugar

Mix milk, eggs, vanilla essence until smooth

Mix dry and wet ingredients until smooth. Add milk as necessary for a light consistency.

Once smooth, pre heat oven to 180°c.

Line baking tray with blue band until fully coated.

Pour in mixture until 3/4 full into all 6 cupcake placements.

Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes. Add time as required until fully cooked.

Check if fully cooked using a toothpick or a matchstick. If it comes out clean, it's ready.

Remove from oven and baking tray. Add icing sugar and serve as desired.
