Wash moong dal and add it in a pressure cooker, add onion, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garlic Pearl, 1cup water

Just 1 whistle, take out cooker, let the steam out

Cut the drumstick into medium pieces wash and keep

Grind coconut and chilli as fine paste

In a pan add ghee, curry leaves, then add drumstick pieces, stir and add 1/4 cup water, cover and simmer in low flame, until the drumstick soft

Now add dal mixture, ground paste nux gently and cook in low flame for 5 min

Serve this kolagary with plain rice, chappathi etc,
