Steps
- 1
Dice the boiled egg, parsley, and onion, and combine the tartar sauce ingredients.
- 2
Finely dice the onion and parsley, and chop the boiled egg roughly to your liking. If you don't like the spiciness of the onion, soak in water and squeeze out the excess water first.
- 3
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and season with salt.
- 4
Mix the flour into the beaten egg and coat the chicken.
- 5
Fry the chicken in a frying pan, using a generous amount of oil.
- 6
When the chicken is cooked, wipe any excess oil from the pan, add the sweet and sour sauce, and gently simmer.
- 7
Transfer to a dish, Top with the tartar sauce, and it's complete.
