Ingredients

10-15 minutes
3,4people
  • 200 gSnake gourd
  • 1onion
  • 200 gCurd
  • 1/2 spoonJeera
  • 1/2 spoonMustard seeds
  • 2stripsCurry leaves
  • 2Red chilli
  • 3,4 spoonsOil
  • 2 spoonsGram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 spoonChilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 pinchesTurmeric powder

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean the snake guard and cut into small pieces take a cooking pan and add snake guard pieces add some water little salt boil for 5 minutes then strain water

  2. 2

    Cut the onion into small pieces

  3. 3

    Now take another cooking pan add oil add jeera, mustard seeds,red chilli,Curry leaves fry for 1 minute add turmeric powder now add onion pieces fry for 1 minute

  4. 4

    After 1 minute add the boiled Snake guard pieces fry for 1 minute

  5. 5

    After 1 minute now add the gram flour (besan) fry for 30 secons

  6. 6

    Now add curd,red chilli powder,salt and mix well and stop the flame immediately

  7. 7

    Now the recipe is ready enjoy the recipe with rice, paratha
