In a pan add your chicken, veg, fresh garlic and chilli and sautée until chicken is cooked

In a pan add your butter and melt on low heat, then add your flour and mix for 2 mins until you have a roux

In a jug mix your stock, your seasoning and milk

Add the mixture slowly to the roux mixing it in

Let it simmer for 3 mins then add to your chicken and veg

Let it cool completely then add too a pie dish

Roll out your pastry and cover the dish

Get your egg wash and brush over the pie lid
- 9
Poke a couple of slits in the lid
- 10
Place into a preheated 200°c for about 25-30 mins or until golden brown
