Shepherd's pie
Something light for dinner.
Steps

Peel, wash and boil potatoes in salted water till soft and well cooked. Drain and rinse. Set aside in a bowl.

Mash the potatoes using a masher. Add your slightly melted butter. And mash properly till butter and mashed potatoes are well combined.

Put your minced meat in a sauce pan. Add finely chopped onions and keep stirring. Season to your taste with salt, bullion cubes, black pepper, oregano and parsley flakes. Allow to cook properly.

Transfer your minced meat to an oven proof dish. Then layer with your mashed potatoes. Sprinkle lighly with black pepper. Score the top of your mashed potatoes with a fork.

Bake in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes or till top is golden brown

Serve hot
