Homemade green chillies, garlic and ginger for my husband who loves hot chilli with his food.🍲It can be scooped directly onto your food or used in your cooking 😊🌶
Steps

Chop up the onion, garlic and ginger.

Fry the onion, garlic, ginger and whole chillies in a a little oil for about 5 minutes (until soft)

Add salt, sugar, lemon juice or (white vinegar) into the mixture and cook for another minute.
- 4
Allow to cool for about 15 minutes.

Pour into a Food Processor (or blender) and blend until mixture is as refined as possible.

Pour into a jar and store in your refrigerator.
Enjoy!
