Ingredients

25 minutes
2 person
  1. 1/2fish
  2. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  3. 1 tspcumin powder
  4. 1 tspchaat masala
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 2 tbspyogurt
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 1 tbspoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the fish nicely and keep in strainer for 1-2 hrs to get rid of excess water

  2. 2

    Now take large bowl and mix all spices into it and coat fish pieces into it

  3. 3

    Marinate for 30 minutes than transfer them on baking dish dish. Before that grease dish with oil.

  4. 4

    Bake for 20-30 minutes depending upon oven. Flip other side when one side become golden brown.

  5. 5

    Take out from oven when turn brown from both sides

  6. 6

    Enjoy with lemon and chat masala
