Firstly take all d above ingredients together, take rice clean n wash n soak for 15 minutes n drain d water n keep a side, chopped green chillies, Coriander leaves, mint leaves, basil leaves.

Heat the pan pour oil if oil is hot add bay leaf.

Add soak rice mix it well n add water double the rice.

Add salt again mix it nicely add green lemon grass bunch n cook for only ninety percent only.

Now our rice is halfly cook remove d green grass bunch from the rice n keep a side.

Now add all chopped basil leaves, green chillies, Coriander leaves, mint leaves n mix it well.

After that add coconut milk n mix it well n cover d lid n cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes our delicious and healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy thai green rice is ready to serve serve hot in a serving plate n enjoy hot.
