Soak horse gram over night

Grind horse gram and mix well with semolina, steam it in idli cooker (same as idli) ie, for 10 minutes

Smash the steamed horse gram

Heat the oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, onion, gram dal,curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, chilli saute it well.

Add steam horse gram mixture in kadai meanwhile add water accordingly, stir it well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot
