  • Citric acid
  • Chicken masala
  • Food colour
  • Ginger and garlic to taste
  • Black pepper
  • White pepper

    Put the chicken pieces in a bowl

    Add all the ingredients to the chicken pieces in the amount you need and mix them together

    Marinate the chicken for one hour

    Deep fry until well cooked.

    Serve with rice or anything you wish and enjoy a spicy chicken.
