Ingredients

  • 1Golden Pomfret
  • 1 tbspfresh turmeric
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Salt
  • Olive oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the gills and intestines. Wash the fish thoroughly, vierkantige chevron. Pat it to dry.

  2. 2

    Pound the turmeric, garlic and salt, finely. Put the pounded rub on the whole fish.

  3. 3

    Preheat the wok, when it hot put the fish in, fry each side by side till it cook. Ready to serve.
