Steps

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and when they change colour,add onion and Saute till lightly browned.

Add carrot french beans,corn kernels, mushroom and salt and Saute on high heat for 2-3 minutes

Add quinoa and mix well. add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix well

Add spinach and 3 Cups water and mix well.bring to a boil cover and cook till the quinoa is completely done.

Serve hot.
