First put oats flour, semolina and gram flour in a big vessel.

Now add all the spices and curd and mix, then add little water and make it like better idli, lumps should not be read in the batter.

Now beat the batter in one direction for five minutes, then the batter is covered and keep for 10 minutes.

Boil the sprouts moong after adding salt, then after cooling add all the spices.

Now put a glass of water for heating in a vessel for making idli on the gas.

Grease the idli stand with oil, then add baking soda to the batter and mix it well.

Now fill the batter only half in the stand, then slowly fill the sprouts moong with a spoon, pouring the batter again on top of it.

Place the stand in a vessel with hot water and cover it with a lid and cook it on a medium flame for 20 minutes.

Now open the lid and check with a toothpick, if the better does not stick to the toothpick, then the idlis are cooked.

Take out the idli from the stand, Oats Idli with Stuffed Sprouts Moong is ready, serve with chutney.
