Marinade the ribs with soy and flour.Leave it for one hour.

Peel off chestnut then wash.

Heat a wok then pour cooking oil and drop ginger.Then add ribs and stir fry.Fry until golden brown.

Add in chestnut and soy mix it then pour water and cover.Let it simmer until sauce thickens or until chestnut are soft.

If not enough water just add little.by little.
