  • 250 gmKaju chopped
  • 250 gmmava
  • 1 tspkewra essence
  • 1yellow food colour
  • 200 gmschandi vark
  • 1tspmilkpowder
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 1litermilk
  • 2 tspghee
  • 12_13saffron threads

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan Add 2tsp ghee kaju paste add milk1tsp add Kesar essence add1milkpowder saute for 30 mins few dropsyellowcolour

  2. 2

    Mix it well then cool down mixture shape like Jalebi put the silvervark add saffron water put on Jalebi garnish with saffron

  3. 3

    Serve in the plate

  4. 4

    You can gift in the diwali
