Heat your grill (I used a gas braai) to medium-high heat.

Place your boerewors in a in a braai grid.

Grill the boerewors for 4-5 minutes on the first side.

Rotate the grid and cook on the other side for 3-4 minutes.

The wors should have changed colour and feel firm.
