Steps

Wash Masoor Dal nicely

Put to boil by adding sufficient water along with salt till Dal turns soft.

Finely chop veggies like onion, tomato, capsicum, beans, carrot and assemble all

Now in a pan, add butter, first add ginger garlic and sauté for few seconds, then add remaining veggies except tomato and corn, sauté for 3-4 minutes till rawness of veggies goes off.

Now add tomato, corn, pepper powder, salt, garam masala, slight haldi and saute all for few minutes.

Add water and give a rolling boil, then add the boiled Dal, check for salt, mix well and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Fresh coriander 🌿 leaves can be added.

More Water can be added depending on the consistency required.

Now Dal soup is ready to serve.
